Hello, welcome to my blog! :)
A brief introduction to myself..
I am currently a PhD student at the University of Sheffield at the Department of Computer Science, being supervised by Prof. Mike Holcombe and advised by Dr. Duncan Jackson. The title of my PhD is Design Principles for Autonomic Systems and is sponsored by the British Telecom. My research interests lie within Biomimicry, Artificial Intelligence and Telecommunication.
I am also the Sun Microsystems Campus Ambassador for the University of Sheffield since September 2008. My duties range from promoting open-source technologies from Sun via talks, seminars and festivals, to leading OSUM clubs on-campus and in the community. I am very passionate about free and open-source software.
